Today I will be blogging about the Tread Lightly Caravan.
The Tread Lightly Caravan is a programme for schools.
In this programme they show the problems of what is happening to the Ocean when we put rubbish, oil and paint down it. When we do this all the things that I listed go straight to the Sea where it kills all the animals and creatures living in the water. They also have a VR ( Virtual reality) system where you sit down and hold it to your face to see what the expert team has been reasearching about. VR shows very crazy things there were birds that have eaten plastic and died. It was very sad. They also showed in a second clip a video of them testing the waters of oceans to see how many of them were polluted or not polluted they were also wanting to see how much of the fish were eating plastic. Around half of the water they tested had been polluted and fish had eaten the plastic. There were three differnt types of activities. There was an ativity where we had to look for all the drains in the school. There was the drain activity about the paint stuff. Then there was the VR.
